TIPS FOR PARENTS
HELP THEM TO CHOOSE JOY
Most children present a positive nature and start off very well with no fears. This only changes because of bad experiences or what they hear others saying.
As a parent, try and train your child to be in charge of their own emotions. They should not depend on other people to make them happy. When they are able to manage their own emotions and keep themselves in a happy place then no one can bring them down.
GENERATE EXCITEMENT
Help them to identify all the good things they have in their life and celebrate these everyday.
Perhaps one or two things a day, might help them appreciate what they have and not take things for granted.
Celebrate life everyday!!
TEACH THEM TO LOVE THEIR UNIQUENESS
Sometimes they may feel that they stand out and they are not like everybody else. Never let them entertain this thought.
Teach them to love themselves, believe in themselves and know that they are unique. There can only be one of them and they should not feel any less than anybody else.
